However, we can customize your training based on needs, strengths, weaknesses, and keep your goals at the forefront in order to become the best you possible!

 I am the Personal Trainer of 4:13 Performance and Fitness. For as long as I can remember, sports and movement have been a passionate part of my life.

    Program Writing: Custom programs written for your needs and goals (Contact to learn more).

    Fitness Classes:

    • Wednesdays (High Intensity Interval Training) 6-7pm & 7-8pm.
    • Saturdays (High Intensity Interval Training) 9-10am & 10am-11am.
    • Sundays (Total Body Strength) 12:30-1:30pm.

    Personal Training:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8am-Noon)
    • Wednesday (8am-5pm)
    • Saturday & Sunday (Contact for hours)
